Mobile Authenticators

Mobile Authenticators are the applications for your MonoSign account that provides an additional level of security to your MonoSign account. The authenticators generates a code that you need to enter every time that you log on to your MonoSign account. The code changes every 30 seconds, can be used only once, and it is unguessable

There are two more ways for users to access their Single Sign-On (SSO) page. Firstly; users can use the 6 digit code on the mobile authenticator application which is renewed every 30 seconds. Secondly; users can choose the option to scan the barcode after choosing the 'Passwordless Login' in the SSO login page.

Phone Call Authenticator

When a MonoSign user try to access to MonoSign account, MonoSign Phone Call Authentication Service will generate a one-time code and give it to the user via Phone Call. With that one-time code user can easly access to the MonoSign account.

When a MonoSign user try to access to MonoSign account, MonoSign SMS authentication Service will send a text message containing one-time code to the user's phone number whenever user sign in from a new device. With that one-time code user can easly access to the MonoSign account.
